The Benefits

8 benefits of employee coaching

Employee Coaching is a valuable tool for those participating in the 120 Clean Up KC Program. It brings incredible benefits to our participants mental state. Studies shows that those impacted by employee coaching receive a 92% increase in professional growth, and a 36% increase in well-being.

This model is used to increase the mental actions of our participants. Here are eight beneficial tips of employee coaching:

  • Increasing employee engagement has proven to find that participants are 34% more engaged at work after participating  in the program with a coach that invests in their mental fitness.
  • Increasing creativity. Innovation is a beneficial tool that works with a good coach. In the same data cited above, studies have found that employees are 22% more creative at work with access to appropriate mental health coaching.
  • Increasing social connection. Connections matter more at low barrier status than you think. Other studies found that coaching would increase social connections by 90% for participants who start out in low barrier work ethic setting.

We know connecting and progressive engagement can develop a ripple effect across the mental fitness of ones state at work. When participants feel connected at work, they experience an increase in goal attainment, professional growth, and in well-being.
  • Higher meaning and purpose. In the last year, participants want to find the purpose of there work With access to better opportunities, we’ve found that participants see an increase of 28% in meaning and purpose.
  • Greater locus of control supporting resilience. According to researchers, employee coaching increases employees’ locus of control by 92%. Especially when things feel uncontrollable around us amid constant change, locus of control is critical. This helps our participants find footing and security, which ultimately builds resilience.
  • Increasing self-efficacy. Of those participants who started out low in self-efficacy at the start of their journey, we saw a performance improvement of 97%. That’s pretty incredible for program progress that helps to curb performance (hardship circumstances) issues many organizations tend to run into, like low motivation, low self-confidence, and even low self-engaging
  • Increasing Self-awareness. With the program it shows that participants who start out low tend to have a more successful outcome at the end, Participants see a 2.7X increase in there work ethic.. That’s a 172% increase in self-awareness, which helps to ultimately drive greater clarity and purpose.
  • Better job performance. Every organization struggles with performance management. But with these statistics we can actually increase job performance of our participants who start out low by and increase job performance by 130% when placing them with future employers. Those who participate  started out low in job performance saw a 2.3X increase.

Upcoming Haircut

We have collaborated with Tyrel Davis BARBER/STYLIST,  at Diamond Cuts located @ 3402 Troost Ave for haircuts for the unhoused and those returning back to our communities from penal systems.

This collaboration supports and identifies the pertinent and intimate need in our surrounding municipalities in Jackson County. As we work together to heal our communities and transform lives, we are creating safety and security in our neighborhoods.

Houseless and Reentry individuals need our community embracement and support to reintegrate and rehabilitate (those returning) from hardship circumstances. We know that returning citizens make up our unhoused population. As an organization we understand the importance and empowerment of appearance.

Street Outreach comes with a variety of unforeseen attachments. Its getting communities involved and building business relations that can serve the disadvantage, vulnerable, and at-risk population. Our communities can grow and expound on the power of transformative actions that serves a purpose to serve those less fortunate by aiding in the fight and providing a service.

Returning normalcy to the lives of those we serve is not just an assessments or a meal. It is a daily shower, a change of clothes, daily personal care, warm conversations, haircuts, etc. This collaborative effort develops a neurological input/output of public/progressive engagement for communities to assist in the healing process of our community. A connection back into our community, and that is a WIN for those they will provide service too.
