Creative Innovative | (Un)Housed + Jobs = ReLife. was founded in 2018 by a group of lived-experience individuals who saw a need for more accessible services and resources in our unhoused community and those at risk.
Our team is made up of dedicated street outreach workers, community health workers, and volunteers who are passionate about supporting those who are unhoused and at risk in our community.
We partner with a variety of organizations and businesses in our community to provide comprehensive services that meet the needs of our most vulnerable population across Jackson County
